PROJECT GOALS

Soho House launched their first property in South America and second house in Latin America. The property included multiple dinning and club spaces, 32 guest rooms, a gym & health club, as well as a rooftop bar with a pool & cabanas. I lead the coordination of technology with our developer and their contractors. Additionally, we managed our internal and external technology partners to ensure a smooth opening and member experience.

SCOPE

Review Technology Drawings.
Coordinate Internal and External Technology Partners (ISP, Network & Cloud Infrastructure, Audio Visual, Security, Phone System, Point of Sales, Room Booking, etc.).
Manage milestones and deliverable schedule with dependencies for cross department coordination.
Oversaw budget & provided cost tracking.
